A ground breaking ceremony for the much anticipated construction of 308 N Curry Street in Carson City, Nevada was held on July 6, 2016. The project is the first sponsored EB-5 project in Carson City and boasts a building with 10,300 square feet of retail space on the street level, 11,400 square feet of Class A office space on the second floor, and 8 apartments varying in size from 1,000 square feet to 2,100 square feet on the third floor.
On hand for the ceremony were Mayor Bob Crowell and NVEB-5 Board of Directors Steve Neighbors and Chris MacKenzie.
